WELCOME TO GAME BUILDERS ACADEMY™

GBA classes and curricula are designed to get young students excited about math, science, and technology. We do this through teaching video game development, robotics, and other courses. Students apply and practice what they're learning in school through the work they do in building their video games and other projects.

In GBA courses, students use and strengthen math skills, logic skills, communication skills, concentration and critical thinking skills, problem solving and creative thinking -- all while doing something they love and enjoy. Our tools include Video Game Design and Development, Robotics, and Cartooning and Animation.

GBA classes are designed for students in grades 5-12. Additionally, we have just launched a new teaching branch - our Starburst Program, which is designed for students in Kindergarten through 4th grade (K-4). We are currently running the Starburst Program at the Green Vale School in Old Brookville, NY.

We currently run classes and programs in the Westbury School District, The Green Vale School, Hofstra University Summer Camps, and The Newton Institute in Queens, NY. This year we are also launching summer camp programs at Stony Brook University and Queensborough Community College as well as other locations.

We also offer to schools and other teaching organizations, our Curriculum-In-A-Box™, which includes not only our curriculum, but also specific lesson plans, methodologies, step-by-step tutorials, student handouts, in-class discussion ideas, homework suggestions, assessment tools, digital resources (art, sounds, and other resources), completed game files with all necessary programming included, and much more. Curriculum-In-A-Box™ provides everything a teacher or school needs to bring these exciting and highly engaging programs into their classrooms.
