Mike Pugliese, Team GBA Co-Founder and Graphic Designer, has created these exclusive sprites for you to use in your games. These sprites are royalty-free, which means you can use them in your games however you like, and can even sell games you've made with them.

Hold on, what the heck is a sprite anyway? If you're new to the world of game development or computer animation, this word might seem foreign to you...or it might just make you feel thirsty. Basically, a sprite is just a 2D image. They have many different uses, such as a graphic for an animation, or for an online avatar, but are most commonly associated with video games. You'll find all kinds of sprites here that are perfect for game development, or any other project you might want them for. We've got hundreds of heroes, villains, monsters, powerups, animals, obstacles, backgrounds, special effects, and anything else you could imagine and more!
