CEO, John Taylor is a veteran marketer with the heart of an entrepreneur. He began his career in the creative side of advertising, working on behalf of many of the leading agencies on Madison Avenue.
John served as Senior Vice President at Comart Associates during the early 1980s, where he brought in six new clients, including Pepsi-Cola, doubling the agency’s revenues in eighteen months. After being included in Ad Age Magazine’s list of top marketers to watch, he opened Langworth Taylor Company in 1986, with a former Pepsi senior executive as his partner. The agency evolved to become Taylor, Dougherty & Partners, with three divisions - advertising, sales promotion and direct response marketing. Among his many notable achievements, John was personally selected by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas to handle the marketing of the Indiana Jones films after successfully marketing Spielberg’s all time box office leader (at that time), ‘E.T.’
